燃油撞击对柴油机混合气形成及其燃烧过程影响的研究

摘 要:介绍了具有油束撞击效应的轴针式喷油器在不同柴油机燃烧系统中的应用。试验结果表明,当这种喷油器运用于涡流室式柴油机时,可以起到降低发动机燃油消耗与排气烟度的作用;运用到直喷式燃烧系统时,发动机的运转正常,起动方便,但目前还存在燃油消耗率和排气烟度高的不足。此外,还详细介绍了这种轴针式喷油嘴产生的不同形式的碰撞效果对直喷式发动机性能影响的研究结果。

Effects of the Mixture Formed by Fuel Spray Impinging on Performance of Diesel Engines with Different Combustion System

AbstractThis paper reports experimental results of the mixture formed by Pintle nozzle with impinging head used to diesel engines with different combustion systems.The results showed that,when the mixture was used to the diesel engine with swirl chamber the engine performance including fuel economy and smoke emission could be improved remarkably.When used to the engine with direct injection combustion system the engine started up easily and ran smoothly,although the engine fuel consumption and smoke emission were higher than that of the engine with DI combustion system with multiple-hole nozzle.The paper also describes the effects of the structure that formed the fuel impinging mixture on engine performance in details.
